>> .... yeah.
I don't actually like traveling all that much, but my mom does. SO. We're gone from Dec 22 - 28 which means we miss Christmas which I am slightly upset about. D: But otherwise, I guess... it might be fun? xD Except that that means I have two less days to get presents.
... and of course I wasn't waiting until the 24th. >>
*reused this board*
... *felt bad making a new one*
However I have kept the format of all-caps names, so it should be good.
Good lord I have been so busy lately. D:! I MISSED YOU GUYS.

*waves* Congrats on getting picked; I went for THIMUN two years ago ^^ Which country did you get? I got Niger, so you can imagine I was a lot happier to get UK the following year in another MUN xD Where's it held this year? Haha, I'm stuck as a slave to the army for two years, remember? I can't be anywhere BUT here xDD

Bah, well, the countries we got aren't so great. xD We have Indonesia, then a few positions from UNICEF and... er... a women's rights group. *forgets the acronym* But this is my first time, and the teacher said he'll be giving the non-Indonesia positions to experienced members. xD I'm not sure how 'good' UNICEF is, but it seems like it'd be better than... Indonesia. Hehe. Mel is infectious. *nods* xD Aw, yeah. That sucks.

UNICEF? They always bring out the tears and the 'won't somebody please think of the children' lines xDD But it's a pretty nice role. Anyone who slams the children would look horrible xD
It sucks a lot >.< I'm an army clerk, and it's still horrible.

xD Basically Mel gets to go to Singapore to... do fake United Nations stuff!
So yes. I'm Indonesia. Ecosoc? *no clue* It's not that bad, I guess? xD We haven't started researching yet, so I don't know what sort of info is out there.

Ecosoc's a pretty good council, from what I've heard, although it gets technical sometimes. I've only been in the General Assembly as Niger (International Security committee) and the Security Council as UK, though.
Is it held in the same school as before? Go link up with some of the other delegates online; it might help to get early support for your resolutions ^^

Ooh, that's a good idea. Once I figure out exactly what it is I'm doing, I'll get on the website and do that. xD
*does the formal Japanese bow-thing* Thank you sensei!
(I think you're right, Anne.)
