I've been doing research on Macarons lately (the French biscuit, not Coconut Macaroons) in the hopes I can try and bake some in the coming weeks. Doing so has led me to a couple of fancy food blogs and in the archives of one I discovered something pretty cool: The show occurs annually in a few spots over the world and obviously displays the products of international chocolate vendors. As if the existence of a huge chocolate show wasn't cool enough, the blogger (who I assume is a she) listed some of the vendors she saw and their wares, including this. Isn't that a nifty way to have hot chocolate? I also discovered this cool looking Chocolate Valley Apple I don't know if I would want to eat an apple dipped in chocolate and crowned with caramelised almonds, but I definitely like looking at it. Anyway I thought I would share it here, so I didn't have to keep links open to show Nick on MSN x33 Blog: Pretty Tasty CakesEdit: Chocolate terminology! Yay.

My mom and I once went on a chocolate walking tour. I had this huge craving for ketchup afterwards
