@jo: How can a school not have lockers? You'd have to carry all your books around all day... DX

Yes, we did carry our books around all day. In bags upon our shoulders. At Primary and Secondary school the books were kept in the classrooms.

XD I've pretty much only used my locker for lunch and coats during high and middle school. Yay for backpacks! <3

I never used my locker at my old high school. I just lugged my backpack around all day (four classes, block scheduling). But nowadays, they don't let you carry your backpack, so you pretty much have to use your locker.

They don't let the middle schoolers carry around bags. Mostly because they also carry their drugs and cigarettes with them.
But in high school you can. I have a bag, mostly as a catch all. But like, I'd have to go from my locker to civics to english to art without stopping at my locker. So, I'd have my bag.

I probably won't even ask/use my locker at Uni... Unless I really, REALLY have to. I think they're rubbish, if I'm honest, x3 I dunno... I have an English view point on them. Besides, I love my bag. It usually has everything in it.
