This method may only work in versions 7+ and will require you to open the options bar (if it isn't already) via the 'Window' menu.
So, after you've downloaded your respective brushes, open up photoshop, select the brush tool and follow this hastily-made screenie! Click for Screenie!. You've now loaded your brushes ^-^
