I didn't do this as a usual proboard poll because, for "mysterious" reasons I want to know exactly who likes what animal. Your top five would be great, numbered as so: 1. 2. 3. etc. Great, thanks 83 (And for you people who aren't very aussie-animal savvy some examples are: Kangaroo, Emu, Koala, Possum, Bilby, Wombat, Platypus, Echidna various Snakes and Kookaburra)

Mysterious? xDD Well... 1. Kangaroos. First animal I ever saw when I visited Australia (Perth, to be exact ) 2. Tasmanian Devils. I got a real kick out of seeing them for the first time xD 3. Koalas. Enough said 4. Kookaburra. That rhyme about the gum tree... 5. Emus. I think I mistook the first one I saw for an ostrich xD So there you go ^^

Really? But they were amusing, in a rough-and-tumble kind of way xDD *saw them running around in an enclosure and was reminded of Looney Tunes* xDDD

Heh, I just find them disgusting with the horrible noises and the fighting and the general yickyness xDD I do like Taz from Looney Tunes, though 83

Haha, I remember asking my parents to take me to see a 'real Taz' when we first went to Australia xDD And for all the fighting/noises, they're quite an amusing sight ^^
Incidentally, did you ever see Penguin Island in Melbourne?

Aw that is so sweet xD Heh, children us were so cute >.>
No, I've never been to Melbourne but we have a Penguin Island here in Perth down near Rockingham. We visited on the Year 8 Orientation camp. Saw a half-eaten seal 83

*chuckle* Aren't they always? Half-eaten seal? o.0 That... really detracts from the experience xDDD *was quite surprised when he saw this horde of penguins marching from the island in Melbourne*

It was still alive but it had a huge bite taken out of it o.o But we were all 13 so it was awesome to us and we'd pretty much forgotten about it once we were taken to see the penguin show.

Yeah, I'll bet the penguin show was awesome ^^ *remembers being awed by them the first time he watched it* Even with half-eaten, live seal added to it

1. Emu. Those things are just... *_* 2. Kookaburra. I dunno what they are but there is a reference to Cricket here and I'm sticking by it. 3. Koala. 4. That other one that isn't a kangaroo. Wallaby? Or are they just Kangaroos? 5. Billabong

A wallaby is different to a kangaroo, yes 83 They're coot! A Billabong is not an animal Jo, they just drink from them >:/
