It was a quiet, sunny morning in Vagzville that day, with little disruption to disturb the peace that had fallen over the hushed metropolis. Since the Dark Side takeover in early Bippity Bop Bop Seven and the resulting purges that had followed, Vagzville had seen little in the way of disorder.
At the city centre citizens ushered by heavily armed, navy-uniformed minions went to their designated jobs, while further out on the border limit and small harbour islets future lackeys gathered in the training yards to observe the daily execution of the weakest among their ranks.
It was a glorious age, as all but the stupid and suicidal agreed; however all was not as well as it first appeared. In the shadows an old enemy lurked, waiting, and in her heart Doctor Anneth knew it would only be so long before her nemesis re-emerged once again.
"Lady Moo," She said gravely, looking out over her island lair.
Bellow the useless fodder amassed for their morning training, dressed in plain brown robes and skin-tight pantaloons.
"I have a nagging feeling deep in my gut, as if something is wrong. I just can't…" A silver flash caught her eye and with a curious frown, the villainess looked down to find the polished tip of a katana protruding from her stomach. A single brow raised and she reached behind, gripping the handle and sliding the blade from her middle. "Again, Lady Moo? Once I could understand, but this is the third time you've misplaced your weaponry within my person. Careless." Doctor Anneth waggled her finger and passed back the blade.
"Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a shopping mall to open and… blow up."
