I present to you the newest layout: Jelestial

The banner was made by Jo during the 'banner' contest 83 I'm still fiddling with the colours and plan on making a background image to break up all the solid colour so bare with me while I get around to that.

I've also made some custom smilies! I know they're a BIT small, but that's too darn bad
