I'm writing a cover letter in the aim of getting into University. This is mostly just here for Moo to read xD

2nd Draft:
Dear Sir/Madam of the ECU Admissions Department,
I am a Home School student recently finished with year twelve, interested in studying at ECU for the Bachelor of Creative Industries, Majoring in Graphic Design.
Computer technology and the traditional Arts have played fundamental roles in my life since early childhood and I have spent the last four years combining the two through experimentation with digital art, intended primarily for use on the WWW.
The principal application of my art has been for personal use on hobby sites, but I have utilized my work as a source of virtual income on them as well.
In the past I have been commissioned to provide the layout and base HTML/CSS coding of a simple About Me webpage, and have a line of vector-based character graphics called Blobs. I have also won two site-based contests for my graphics.
Up to this point I have been self-taught with the aid of tutorials available online, and would now like to formalise my education with hopes of pursuing a career in the creative industries.
It is my strong belief that ECU can get me to where I’m going. Bladhdiblah?!?!
Yours sincerely,
Jessica Wouldn't thecoupleofyouleftwhodon'tknow like to know
