If someone lent you a pen because you didn't have one, you'd give it back, wouldn't you? ARGH. I've lost two Bics these past two weeks (Bics are just my favourite pens ever. Black biros D:) and they both looked me in the face, said goodbye and walked off! Rawrgh. I'm not lending pens out anymore. >D *eats biro*

I don't lend out pens or pencils anymore. My policy is as follows: Get your freaking own. I'm prepared, you should be too.

xDD That's awesome. I'm okay with lending out pens/pencils, because whenever I see one lying on the ground/on a desk I just pick it up and stick it in my pencil case.  So most of the stuff in there isn't even mine. |

I typically only have one pen and pencil at any given time, so I don't get a choice in the matter. Back in the day, however, I would lend them out, but would assume I'd never see it again.

I always made sure I got them back. At the end of the class I would find the person I loaned and made sure they were returned.

Heh, I used to lend out loads of pens and pencils in primary school and always forgot to get them back. My mum kept complaining that she was literally 'running a charity' xD

xDDDDDD I've decided to either not lend them one (if I don't know/like them) or if I do, just be all "only if you give it back". I bought a packet of 5 brand new Bic black biros today so let's see what happens with them.
I bet the think I'm disgusting too, I chew my pen lids to buggery.

I've lent my pencils to people only to have them chew on them... I don't always want them back. xD
