I ate two pieces of lasagna, at least a pound of asparagus, turnips, and two slices pie, and I still have room.

I ate this chicken thing with potatoes and chutney and a Budapest log for dessert.
But that, of course, had nothing to do with Thanksgiving.
We Aus peeples don't typically eat pie at our celebrations... except maybe birthdays (party pies). Most of our holidays happen in the warmer months.
I've been thinking about making Pie for Christmas. Do you have any ideas what kind?

What about Pumpkin pie, hmm?!?
Although you are very skilled in the ways of the dessert pie. I think I've had a boston cream doughnut from Krispy Kreme. There aren't any outlets in Perth but it's a time-honoured tradition that those who go to Sydney or Melbourne come back with a crapload of them on the return journey (there are Krispy Kremes in both aforementioned domestic airports).
Still, that seems more like a cake then a true pie, Loodle.

It's mostly a hybird. It's like cake and pie got married had beautiful children! Sorry, that was weird.
I just like chocolate better than fruit. XD And I've always been kind of eh about pie, I don't think I've ever really had a good one. We make apple pies, which are okay, but we use store bought crust, then I had my neighbor's once...and it was just gross.

Ah, love children. They have given the world many wonderful foods.
I have to be in a particular mood to want to eat fruit pastries/pies/cakes. They always have a tartness to them, while chocolate is a much milder, smoother flavour and sits better (unless its hot, then I sort of want to puke up everything that isn't watermellon).
