Sometimes lists just need publishing so they will actually be looked at.
Anyway I have a bunch of things in my head and I need to write a list to get my head in order.
Communications and Digital Technology

Design History
. Look at Italian Renaissance design - Take some notes instead of getting side-tracked by related links
. Begin to look at André Le Nôtre - Take notes - Be in awe

(This is for Moo to look at so I don't wound up looking like a doof)
- There are many stereotypes surrounding vegetarianism. Perhaps the most prevalent stigma of all is the perception that vegetarian food is boring and tasteless. . Vegetarianism and Veganism are no longer the fringe lifestyles they once were in Australia and vegetarianism is quickly growing into a thriving global industry. - With the increasing popularity of vegetarian meals due to ethical, nutritional, allergenic or religious reasons, and . a greater awareness of animal rights practices, a market has opened for meat and animal produce free culinary and textile sources.
- Tofu is a food widely associated with vegetarianism, along with other soy-based produce. - In their raw forms, both are often considered very bland and largely tasteless. . However, though they can be eaten in this state, most vegetarians will instead use them as a part of more diverse dishes.
- These dishes; "Hurry up Alfredo", Ginger Cake and Trifle are not only meat free, but are also dairy and egg free.
- Not all vegetarians are sworn off of animal produce, but the ingredients used to make vegan foods are not that unfamiliar to the western pallet. . Replacements such as margarine instead of butter and soy milk instead of dairy milk don’t seem that drastic at all when you think about it, and are typically a healthier alternative as they do not contain as much cholesterol.
- Isa Chandra Moskowitz, Terry Hope-Romero and Lauren Ulm are three women who have found success in the vegetarian movement. . Starting with an interest for cooking vegan alternatives for themselves, they each have successful blogs on the internet: . have made TV appearances on such programs as The Martha Stewart Show and . have published many highly popular cooking books such as Vegan Yum Yum and Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World.
- They are just a small part of a larger market of authors, chefs and companies who are striving to meet the demands of not just strict vegetarians but health-conscious individuals, people with allergies and anyone who casually delves into meat-free fare.
- As strange as vegetarianism still seems sometimes, the food isn’t really that scary. . Tofu and soy are just more ingredients to be employed in cooking and Vegetarian restaurants are just another experience to be had.
