Do you guys consider yourself creative people? If so, why? If not, why?
How do you define creativity? Or what makes someone creative or not creative?
I'm curious to hear what you guys think x3

I think creativity and imagination are intrinsically linked.
And I believe I have... an imagination. XD Fairly over-active, I'd say. Sometimes I tend to think of creativity as being stuff you do with your hands, which is nonsense at times, but at others it's true.

I like to think so. *pokes draw-thingy in the art board thing*
For me, I think creativity is going a little beyond what's already there. It could be taking something that's already known, and stretching it or putting a new twist on it; or just pulling something completely out of nowhere and inventing something new. This could go for anything, like plots, music, humor, design, etc.

Well, let us see... Jo and Sorie both CLAIMED to have said yes and I'm the only other person who voted. By Occam's razor, we conclude that the simplest answer is ONE OF THEM LIED.

You're a liar, twice fold. You're as creative as anyone else. >: Why would you think otherwise?

I don't know... I just don't feel creative when I'm surrounded by people who draw and art and crap. I know that's a very narrow construction of creativity, but still. xD

You just drew a map, for a fictional world you created! A whole fricking world! Sure, a bunch of it are just filler continents, but dude. That's impressive. And creative.

I knew you liked stars. I was not aware you liked maps. I shall file that away in my memory banks.

I like maps more than I like stars. Especially those old fashiony maps. But atlases are also a good 'un.

Even my map is /heavily/ influenced by the real world, so I feel a bit like I'm cheating there too. *fail* xD
I promise to post it here when I'm done. <3
Or before I'm done since I have SO MUCH CRAP TO NAME.
I should name something in the Britishyland after you...

You're not xD The fact is we're all influenced by the world we live in. Even the most fantastical examples of work typically find a basis in real live things xD I mean you didn't call it Japokigawa and Indiganeshnu. I think you're doing great

Heck, I've drawn a castle that's got a bit pretty much carbon-copied from the Eagle Nebula. Okay, so it's not /this/ world, it's still apart of it.
