In honour of Monkey's 21st birthday, I have composed a completely original song for her. I think you will both all agree that this is a true masterpiece.

Both xDDD
Thank you, thank you. I'm truly honored.
I went out to dinner with my aunt and uncle (and my mother, brother, mother's boyfriend, and mother's boyfriend's kid). Then came home, opened gifts, and ate a cake which can be ogled on the Food Porn thread. <3

*stands, turns to the audience, flicks her tails back and bows*
That doesn't sound too bad! Though I know two of those make you extremely uncomfortable and a third makes you at least a little uncomfortable. What did you eat for dinner? Has your diet made you opt for the salad these days?

I wanted to deprive everyone of meat on my birthday, so we went to an all vegetarian restaurant (Seva, you had the yam fries there). I had a hummus wrap with grapes instead of fries. It wasn't unhealthy, but I have no idea about the calories, fat, fiber, and protein (the four things most important for me when selecting food). With the cake, today was bound to be a lost day anyway. xD
I've been trying to avoid going out to eat (we don't go out often anyway), but when I do, it's usually salad (with dressing on the side) or sushi. Those are usually the safest menu items.

Mm, yam fries <3 I wish I hadn't felt so dietarily weird that day (upset stomach and weird non-cravings) as their menu was really quite nice. But I do still cherish tasting yam fries so it's all good.
Ah yes. Both quite tasty, also.

I LOVE sweet potato fries. (weird opposite side of the country dialect difference? o.O)
Everything you said sounds lovely, except for uncomfortable people.

My impression is that yams and sweet potatoes are different. If they are as I suspect, then sweet potato fries are also good 8)

They're different, but people generally can't tell them apart. *can't* (x
