So I sent off the parcels today and the proceeded to the shops. While in line I pulled out the recipt for the parcels which listed their weight, cost and the destined country. Two were going to the USA where it should have been two headed for the UK. I had forgotten to put the 'England' at the end of the address and the teller assumed I meant Cleveland USA o.o;
Jo, your parcel was headed for the "new world" xDD

That's really sad. ;-;
Seriously. I was so looking forward to that.
Ah well. I have the... wrapped up picture as consolation.

You know I had to get you a plain, average postal box instead of the pretty ones I usually get because all the ones the right size were purple or partially purple XD All the blue ones were too big or too small for what I got you and they'd pretty much ran out of actual Christmas-themed boxes...

That's okay xDD I'll have to be aware of postage people now, since unlike envelopes, all international parcels have to be signed for even if the person hasn't indicated that they want it signed for or not. It's pretty bloody annoying as I usually sleep through them and my poor mum has to take me to the post office.

You should have let it go, I would have picked it up... although I do wonder how the heck that was going to be delivered without a state or anything. o_0

Same, but there must be more than that. There's a Florida in New York.

There are 16 of my town, mostly in the U.S. Except for a few in Canada.

I think mine was the original, thank you. Mine isn't even on that list. How delightful.
